Profiler Downloads: Editing Version for DOS

The editing version of Axis Motion Profiler is designed to be used on an office computer away from the actual profile cutting machine. Designs which are imported from a drawing package can be modified, saved and then reloaded into the original drawing package or sent to the machine for cutting. You can obtain an MSDOS editing version of Axis Motion Profiler by simply downloading the files from the table below. This software is a fully functioning editing version of Axis Motion Profiler except for the ability to save the drawings which you create. If you Register the editing version (which is free) then you will also be able to save the DXF drawing files which you create with the program.

The minimum System Requirements for the software are:

· a PC with at least a Pentium 200MHz processor (or equivalent) running MS-DOS, Win95 or Win98.

· 8 MB of RAM (16MB recommended)

· 5 MB of hard-disk space

Latest Editing Version for DOS (24-April-2003): Release 6.3.s

Several enhancements and fixes have been applied.

Axis Motion Profiler DOS EDITING VERSION 6.3.s INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Download the following three files: dsetup.exe, d1pre63s.exe and d2pre63s.exe. 2. If installing from floppy disks then you need two floppy disks. Put dsetup.exe and d1pre63s.exe on floppy Disk 1. Put d2pre63s.exe on floppy Disk 2. If installing from a hard disk or zip drive just make sure that the three files dsetup.exe, d1pre63s.exe and d2pre63s.exe are in the same directory. 3. Run dsetup.exe. If installing from floppy disks you will be prompted to insert the second floppy disk. 4. See the file readme.txt for further information (including information on how to uninstall Profiler).

dsetup.exe	24-Apr-2003	71KB	Dsetup.exe is the main DOS setup program. It will copy the two files of the form d1pre63s.exe and d2pre63s.exe to a temporary directory and run the install program. (NOTE: This version of dsetup.exe must be used as of April 2003)
d1pre63s.exe d2pre63s.exe	24-Apr-2003	869KB 1003KB	Two PKZip self-extracting files with the first part and the second part of the editing version 6.3.s of the Axis Motion Profiler. Registration (which is free) is required to be able to save DXF files.
