You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the Axis Motion Profiler software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Unregistered Editing Version:  The unregistered version of Axis Motion Profiler cannot be used to save files. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unregistered as you wish and give exact copies of the original version to anyone. You are prohibited from reverse engineering the unregistered software in any form.

Registered Editing Version: One registered copy of Axis Motion Profiler® may be used by a single person one computer. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, copying or distributing the registered software in any form.

Registered Machining Version: One registered copy of the machining version of Axis Motion Profiler® may be used to control one Profile Cutting Control System supplied by Axis Motion Pty Ltd. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, copying or distributing the software in any form. Unregistered use of the Machining Version of Axis Motion Profiler is in violation of Australian and International copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability.    THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED ""AS IS"" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. ANY LIABILITY OF AXIS MOTION PTY LTD WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
